Linz Fire Protection and Building Safety Days 2023

From February 01 – 02, 2023, the IBS – Institute for Fire Protection Technology and Safety Research will host the already well-known congress with accompanying trade exhibition in the voestalpine Stahlwelt.

The unique program with presentations by international experts spans a wide range of topics from computational methods and simulation methods in fire protection to green facades, fire protection in PV and battery storage systems, water mist fire fighting systems as well as computational methods for the simulation of Oberflächenwasser for the prevention of building damage.

The variety of topics combined with the ambience of the voestalpine Stahlwelt will attract experts to Linz. In addition to the technical presentations, there will also be plenty of networking opportunities for participants:

At an evening event on the first day, fire protection officers, master builders, architects, planners, representatives of the authorities, experts, product manufacturers and insurance companies can enter into an interesting discourse. The two days of the event can also be booked individually and each counts as a further training day for fire protection officers.
